Great to meet you!

Are you struggling with ADHD or OCD? Do you feel stuck in a cycle of negative thoughts and behaviors? If so, you are not alone. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has been helping people like you overcome these challenges and achieve their goals since 2015. I will meet you where you are, help you identify your goals, and guide you through the process of getting un-stuck using an approach derived from evidence-based practices such as CBT and Narrative Therapy.

My approach to therapy

Our work together will be collaborative, friendly, and purposeful. I welcome feedback and balance processing with action steps in order to identify and achieve your goals. Sessions and approaches are very client-driven.

What you can expect from me

As someone who strongly feels that everyone deserves to be able to understand themselves, I would love to challenge you to build insight into what makes you who you are and to find the direction you may be looking for. If you're stuck in stress, feeling down or hopeless, or looking to build more productive habits, let's get you feeling like yourself again.
