Great to meet you!

I am a licensed independent clinical social worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) specializing in trauma-informed care for adolescents and adults. I help individuals navigate anxiety, PTSD, complex trauma including sexual trauma, medical trauma and emotional regulation challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trauma-informed care. I believe healing happens in a safe, supportive relationship where you can move at your own pace.

In our work together, I draw from evidence-based approaches including TF-CBT, EMDR and parts-based therapy practices. These approaches can help process difficult experiences, calm the nervous system, and create lasting emotional change.

Every person’s story is unique, so therapy is always tailored to your individual needs, goals, and readiness for the work.

What you can expect from me

Many people feel a little nervous before their first therapy session, which is completely normal. Our first meeting is really just a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’ve been experiencing and what you hope might feel different in your life.

My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say; we can take it one step at a time.

Over time, we’ll work together to build insight, resilience, and practical tools that support meaningful, lasting change in a way that feels manageable and respectful of where you are.

You don’t have to carry this alone. Support is here when you’re ready.
