Great to meet you!

Carrying anxiety or grief for so long that it starts to feel like just how you are can be exhausting, and you deserve support in the language that feels most like home. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors moving through anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, grief, and major life transitions, and I offer sessions in both English and Spanish. My approach is rooted in more than a decade of social work practice, and I bring a culturally responsive lens to every session so your background and identity are honored, not sidelined. Whether you are a teenager sorting through a hard chapter or an older adult adjusting to a new stage of life, I meet you where you are.

My approach to therapy

Together we work at a pace that actually fits your life, not a generic timeline. If trauma or PTSD is part of what is holding you back, we work through it at its root so it stops running the show, and you build real tools for regulating anxiety and depression instead of just managing symptoms day to day. You will leave our work together with a clearer sense of your own resilience and a practical roadmap you helped build, not one handed to you. I tend to work best with people who want an active partner in their healing, someone who will go deep when it matters but never push faster than feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really just a conversation, a chance for you to share what is going on and for us to figure out together whether I am the right fit for you. There is no pressure to have it all figured out before we start. If any of this sounds like what you have been needing, I would love for you to reach out, in English or en español, whenever you are ready.
