Great to meet you!

I am a mental health professional with over 16 years of experience supporting individuals through life's challenges and transitions. Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse populations facing concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, and personal growth challenges.

My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and collaborative. I believe that every individual has unique strengths and the capacity for meaningful change when provided with a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. I strive to create a safe space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to work toward their goals.

Drawing on evidence-based therapeutic practices and years of clinical experience, I tailor treatment to meet each client's specific needs. My goal is to help clients develop greater self-awareness, build resilience, improve coping skills, and achieve lasting emotional well-being.

I am honored to partner with clients on their journey toward healing, growth, and a more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

Welcome, and thank you for considering my practice. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 16 years of experience in mental health helping individuals navigate life's challenges, strengthen resilience, and improve their emotional well-being.

My practice is built on creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. Together, we work to develop practical tools, gain insight, and create meaningful, lasting change that supports your personal goals and overall wellness.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation for our work together. I will spend time learning about your reasons for seeking therapy, your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and the goals you hope to achieve. This session is also a chance for you to ask questions and determine whether my approach feels like a good fit for your needs.

My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. By the end of our first session, we will have a clearer understanding of your concerns, identify initial treatment goals, and discuss a plan for moving forward in a way that feels meaningful and manageable for you.
