Great to meet you!

My name is Marisol Keegan, LCSW. I provide strength-based, solution-focused trauma psychotherapy for adults (18+). I work with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, beliefs, sexual orientations, and value systems, and I approach therapy as a collaborative partnership where we work together to reduce distress and build resilience.

As an immigrant and Latina professional, I bring both personal understanding and professional insight to my work. My goal is to create a supportive, culturally responsive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to address your needs.

My approach to therapy

I am especially passionate about supporting adults who have experienced childhood trauma or are navigating major life transitions. My focus is helping individuals struggling with PTSD symptoms, depression, and anxiety. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, low on energy, experiencing physical tension or body aches, having difficulty concentrating, or finding it hard to enjoy time with friends and family, you don’t have to face it alone—I’m here to help.

What you can expect from me

The psychotherapy approach I provide is collaborative and rooted in teamwork. Together, we focus on the individual’s unique needs, and I tailor my therapeutic interventions to support them in reaching their potential throughout their personal journey.
