Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re already carrying a heavy load. One thing for sure, you don’t have to navigate it alone.

In my practice, I work extensively with college students, athletes, young adults and adults across various stages of life. I specialize in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, life transitions, performance pressure, injury recovery, burnout, and complex questions around identity and self-worth.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my core mission is to support you through life's most challenging moments so you can step fully into the best version of yourself. Therapy isn't just about managing symptoms, it’s about discovering your strengths, building resilience, and creating a life that feels authentic and aligned with who you are.

My approach to therapy

Choosing to start therapy is an act of courage, and I honor that by ensuring our work together feels safe, collaborative, and genuinely supportive.

We’ll look at the big picture, including your mind, body, environment, culture, and history to uncover the root causes of what’s holding you back and give you tools for lasting change.

My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and emotionally safe space to process life’s challenges, and feel truly heard, respected, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is simply about taking a deep breath and landing in a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Grab a comfortable seat and your favorite iced tea or iced coffee. We'll start with brief introductions and open up a gentle conversation about your current concerns. This session is also an opportunity for you to see if my style feels like a good fit. There is zero pressure to jump into heavy topics right away, we will move at a pace that feels comfortable and safe for you.
