I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker; I attained my Master of Social Work at Cal State University, Northridge with a Bachelor's Degree in psychology at UC San Diego. I have over 10 years of experience in direct service with clients at the Department of Mental Health.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I like to use cognitive behavioral therapy techniques, trauma-informed care as well as include mindfulness in my service. I also speak Spanish and only offer telehealth services via VSEE at this time.

I am charismatic and have an aura of comfort as told by many of my clients. I like to create safe spaces and be inclusive to support all walks of life.
