Great to meet you!

I have always had a deep passion for helping others, and my work as a therapist allows me to live out that purpose every day. I find it especially meaningful to support individuals who are on a journey with weight loss, bariatric surgery, and the many emotional and behavioral challenges that come with these life changes. Helping people discover healthier habits, greater self-confidence, and renewed hope is truly at the heart of my work.

My approach to therapy

I have experience helping couples navigate challenges and build stronger connections. Additionally, I specialize in prenatal and postpartum mental health, offering compassionate care for individuals and families adjusting to the joys and struggles of parenthood.

Taking the first step toward therapy is a big decision, and I want you to know that you're not alone. With years of education leading to my doctorate in psychology and hands-on experience, I bring both the knowledge and the deep empathy needed to support you.

What you can expect from me

I work with clients who may be struggling with depression or trauma related to their relationships or family. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the issues at hand, and collaborate to create a plan for addressing them in a way that helps you get your life back. Most of my clients see a gradual lifting of symptoms within the first few months and sustained improvement thereafter.
