Great to meet you!

I am open to working with anyone that believes I could be a good fit for them. I have seen a wide variety of people since starting in this field and have enjoyed working with each and every one of them.

My approach to therapy

Each person is unique, as is their situation, which is why I utilize an integrated approach to therapy. I may use concepts from different models, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and solutions-focused therapy. Therapy is a collaborative process and requires “work” from both the client and the counselor.

What you can expect from me

Building a strong therapeutic relationship and rapport with clients is where I like to start with clients to aid in providing a safe nurturing environment. I want you to feel comfortable to share your experiences and struggles with me. You are the expert on yourself and I see my role as a facilitator to help you with tools to help you succeed.
