Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical psychologist, I have been trained to get to know the whole person. I strive to take a holistic view of each individual and understand how our behaviors, emotions, and thoughts are all interconnected. I received my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Marywood University. I have treated a wide variety of patient conditions, concerns, and diagnoses. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, comorbid physical health conditions as well as women's mental health.

My approach to therapy

My view of treatment is collaborative. I value establishing and maintaining a trusting relationship with patients to build a safe environment to promote healing. I focus on strengths and positive psychology to support patient growth and confidence.

What you can expect from me

During the initial session, also known as the intake or evaluation, I strive to gain an in-depth understanding of patients and their stories. My goal is to help people feel safe and comfortable during all sessions as it can be very difficult to be vulnerable! Subsequent sessions will focus on individual needs, processing emotions, and obtaining coping skills for symptom management. We'll focus on your goals and identify realistic steps to get there!
