Hello! I am an energetic Texas Licenced Professional Counselor. I love mental well being and advocate for those young and wise. I see clients between the ages of 10-70+.

I have always had a calling to people and love their stories. I believe we are all unique in our own way and would love to help by being honest and respectful with one another when we choose to work with each other. I will challenge you, give you ideas to help with your journey, and always willing to question the hard things with you!

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create an open, welcoming, safe environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
