Great to meet you!

You may be in a season of life where you find yourself thinking, "I don't know who I am anymore," "I don't know what I need," or simply, "I don't know what comes next." Maybe your relationships feel harder than they used to, you're struggling to feel motivated or fulfilled, or you've spent so much time caring for everyone else that you've lost touch with yourself along the way.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I work with individuals navigating relationship challenges, identity shifts, life transitions, anxiety, and those "I don't know" seasons where you know something needs to change but aren't quite sure where to begin. Together, we can explore the patterns that are keeping you stuck, strengthen your relationships and communication, reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have gotten lost along the way, and help you move toward a life that feels more like your own.

I have a particular passion for working with women throughout motherhood and the many transitions that come with it. From pregnancy and postpartum to adjusting to a new identity, changing relationships, balancing roles, and wondering where you fit into all of it. Motherhood can bring love and joy while also feeling overwhelming, isolating, and unfamiliar. I support moms throughout the perinatal and postpartum periods, as well as women simply trying to navigate the emotional complexities of becoming and being a mother.

When I’m not in session, I’m usually spending time with my two children and enjoying the everyday moments of family life. I love baking, trying new recipes, getting outside, and finding time to slow down and recharge.

My approach to therapy

With 9 years of clinical experience providing outpatient therapy, I bring warmth, humor, and genuine connection into my work while drawing from evidence-based practices. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to you. Clients often tell me they appreciate that therapy with me feels safe, supportive, and practical while still offering meaningful insight and tools for lasting change.

I believe therapy is about more than symptom relief. It’s a space to better understand yourself, recognize patterns that may be keeping you stuck, strengthen your relationships, reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have gotten lost along the way, and create meaningful change.

Whether you’re navigating motherhood, a changing relationship, a major life transition, or simply trying to find yourself again, you don’t have to know exactly where you’re going to begin. Sometimes, “I don’t know” is exactly where the work starts.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me is a space where you don't have to have everything figured out. You can show up in the messy middle-the uncertainty, the relationship struggles, the lack of motivation, the identity shifts, and the questions about who you are becoming. I lead with empathy, a sense of humor, and a genuine belief that connection matters. My approach is warm, collaborative, and supportive, while also helping you challenge patterns, build insight, and take meaningful steps toward feeling more connected to yourself and the people who matter most to you.

My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel truly seen, heard, and empowered.
