Great to meet you!

If you cannot see your way through this journey, just look for the next step. P.S. you’re already doing it. Let me help you find the one after that. My name is Marissa. I am passionate about working with clients to build skills to live fully with the confidence to handle any struggles and heal past hurts. Trauma and hardship can occur at any point in life and I have dedicated my career to helping people cope at every stage. I have a background working with clients from young children in school settings to aging adults managing caregiver stress, grief and loss and major life changes.

My approach to therapy

I work primarily with a combination of EMDR, CBT therapy and relational strategies to find the best tools and skills to support you. Your growth and wellbeing are the highest priority. I have experience in a wide variety of settings. The common theme is helping people find and use their strengths. I love working with clients from all walks of life.

What you can expect from me

You are more then the difficulties you are experiencing. During your first appointments we will take time to understand your concerns and learn about your experiences and goals. I will use a combination of EMDR, CBT to help you find the perfect blend of supports and skills to work through difficulties you may be experiencing.
