Great to meet you!

I am a Louisiana-Licensed and Alabama-Licensed Professional Counselor. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northwestern State University of La. and my Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Alabama A&M University. I have worked in the field for over 5 years with both adolescents and adults. Helping people who are struggling with the following:

  • Self Esteem
  • Adjustment Disorders
  • Coping Skills
  • Life Transitions
  • Loneliness
  • School Issues
  • Stress
  • Family Conflict

My approach to therapy

I approach counseling from a person-centered/cognitive-behavioral perspective in that one’s attitudes and perception of self, thought patterns and behaviors are utilized as a major component in therapy. I have a passion for intertwining self-esteem-building/empowerment into treatment to assist in reaching one's maximum desired potential.

What you can expect from me

I am interested in helping people to BLOOM where you are planted. That means starting right where you are: utilizing everything you already know, every experience to assist in growing and reaching your maximum potential. So whether we're repairing broken branches, pruning, removing dead ends, uprooting altogether or just maintaining in your blooming season, you've come to the right place to begin flourishing.
