Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a licensed clinical psychologist with a Ph.D. in child clinical psychology from Kent State University. I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers to help them manage mental health symptoms they are experiencing so they can become the best versions of themselves.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use evidence-based approaches to offer clients treatments research shows have helped other youth. When working with youth I think it is important to involve supports in their life including their caregivers or other important adults to try to help build relationships and environments they can thrive in.

What you can expect from our first session

The first session is about getting to know the youth, the family and environment, and what's bringing them to therapy. In following sessions, we will work together to devise the goals for therapy and a plan to track progress so that we can see how things are going and what's been helpful. My goal is to help youth and families develop a plan moving forward so that they can feel ready to manage their symptoms and the demands and stresses that come with life and growing up.
