Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate Licensed Mental Health Clinician here to help you on your journey to better mental health and well-being. I hold a Master's degree from Suffolk University with over 5 years of experience, and am passionate about providing support to those facing a range of mental health challenges.

I have experience working with anxiety disorders, trauma/PTSD, and mood disorders. I am dedicated to helping you navigate life's challenges and facilitating personal growth and overall well-being.

My approach to therapy

I draw upon a humanistic, psychoanalytic framework in my work, integrating elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and trauma-informed care to provide a holistic and personalized approach to therapy. This allows me to tailor treatment to the unique needs of each individual while addressing both underlying psychological patterns and present-day concerns.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard and understood. After our sessions, clients often report feeling empowered, lighter, and with a renewed sense of hope, as we work together to address both past challenges and present concerns in a compassionate, constructive way.
