Great to meet you!

As a licensed clinical psychologist (PhD) with over 15 years of experience, I specialize in working with individuals, children, and families. My approach integrates humanistic, behavioral, and evidence-based therapies to support meaningful and lasting change. I believe in meeting clients where they are—with empathy, respect, and strategies that work.

My approach to therapy

Throughout my career, I’ve helped people navigate a range of challenges—from depression and anxiety to children with emotional regulation issues to developmental diagnoses such as autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and other behavioral or learning differences. My clinical experience spans outpatient county mental health, school settings, and private practice. I am a certified Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) provider and trained in Parent Management Training, offering specialized support to families dealing with externalizing behaviors like aggression, defiance, and hyperactivity.

In addition to my work with children and families, I provide individual therapy for adults seeking support with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I work collaboratively with clients to build insight and foster meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

I tailor each treatment to the unique needs of the client, drawing from science-backed interventions to foster resilience, insight, and personal growth. Whether you’re a parent seeking support for your child, or an individual ready to work through life’s challenges, my goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered.
