Great to meet you!

I am glad you are here! A little bit about me professionally, I received my Dual master's at Saint Mary's College in Marriage and Family Therapy and School Counseling. I specialized in Solution-Focused Approach and Cognitive Behavioral therapy. I moved to San Francisco to start my career as a School Counselor. After a few years, I became a Mental Health Counselor in Middle and Elementary schools. I worked with kids, families and adults for over a decade. After taking time off to raise my daughter, I am back doing what I love.

My approach to therapy

Provide a safe and collaborative space to guide you in exploring and processing life’s challenges to work through and process them. I focus on your therapeutic goals, build self-esteem, build confidence, and ultimately be your best version.

“If you don’t like something, change it; if you can’t change it, change the way you think about it.” – Mary Engelbreit

What you can expect from me

My goals are for clients to feel lighter, better understand how they feel, and, if any, what steps they need to take to continue to grow. Clients will be heard, seen, and understood.

“Sometimes the bad things that happen in our lives put us directly on the path to the most wonderful things that will ever happen to us.” —Nicole Reed
