Great to meet you!

My therapy style is direct yet warm. I believe in creating a space where clients feel heard, supported, and respected. I’ll listen carefully and help you explore the connections between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, so we can work together to develop healthy coping strategies, set boundaries, and empower you to make meaningful changes in your life. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with my PhD in Educational Psychology and a concentration in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. With this background, I often work with young adults who are navigating things like anxiety, depression, difficulties with executive function, and life changes related to their education, career, social life, and relationships.

My approach to therapy

I take a person-centered and collaborative approach, building on your strengths and helping you recognize your own inner resilience.

What you can expect from me

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process between the therapist and the client. It is important that I am the right fit for you as a therapist. In our first session, I will gain background information about you as a person, build our relationship, and set goals for your therapeutic journey.
