Great to meet you!

Welcome, I am so glad you are here! As a licensed creative arts therapist and seasoned trauma therapist, I understand how important the therapeutic relationship is to your healing and personal goals. I center my practice in truly getting to know you as a person and empowering your strengths to promote growth and change in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is affirming, collaborative, and compassionate. I believe you have everything you need for change and healing. My role is to help you access those parts of yourself by addressing the past, exploring your identity and strengthening your voice to improve all areas in your life. My style integrates creativity, mindfulness, DBT skills, EMDR training, and verbal processing.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a safe space that allows for deeper processing and authentic connection. It is important you genuinely feel being seen and heard without judgment as we work towards your personal goals.
