Great to meet you!

Whether you're managing anxiety that won't quiet down, processing trauma that still feels close, or working through questions of identity, you don't have to figure it out alone. I'm a Latinx LCSW with 4 years of experience working with individuals of all ages — kids and teens, adults, and seniors. I specialize in helping people who feel overwhelmed or unseen find their footing, often by connecting their story to what's showing up in their life right now. My background includes a multicultural perspective that's both personal and professional, and I especially enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ clients and those navigating cultural or ethnic identity.

My approach to therapy

Therapy with me tends to feel like a real conversation. I draw on CBT and DBT to build practical tools for managing emotions and stress day-to-day. IFS and Narrative Therapy help us look at the deeper patterns shaping how you see yourself and your story. When words don't quite reach what needs exploring, I bring in somatic and art-based approaches too. I'll adjust as we go — what matters most is that the work actually fits where you are.

What you can expect from me

It's normal to feel a little nervous coming in. We'll spend most of that first session just getting to know each other — I'll ask what's been hard, what you're hoping for, and a bit about your background. There's no pressure to have everything figured out or share more than you're ready to. I'll also walk you through how confidentiality works and what to expect going forward. Mostly, it's a chance for you to see whether this feels like the right fit.
