Great to meet you!

I am a psychiatric nurse practitioner with 6 years of experience treatment children, adolescents, and adults with medication support for mental health concerns. Prior to working as a nurse practitioner I have worked in a variety of mental health environments for over 18 years. I have a doctorate degree to support my patients with a higher level of knowledge and experience.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am direct and up front with clients. I think outside of the box when addressing road blocks. I believe that my role is to provide each patient with any available treatment options that are appropriate to their current struggles and support them in choosing the most appropriate intervention for them.

What you can expect from our first session

A feeling of hope for themselves moving forward. Education and knowledge related to next steps in their treatment. A sense of honest feedback and support.
