Great to meet you!

Have you been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of what to do next? You don't have to navigate it alone. With over 5 years of experience, I offer compassionate, individualized support for children, teens, adults, and families working through anxiety, depression, parenting challenges, perinatal mental health, self-esteem, and life transitions. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I provide a warm, supportive space to feel understood, build confidence, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

Sometimes we know we want something to change or that something isn't working anymore, but we aren't sure what next steps to take. I offer a supportive space to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and explore patterns that may be getting in the way. I take a warm, collaborative, person-centered approach grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with feeling understood and supported.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable. Our first session will focus on getting to know you, understanding what brings you in, and creating a collaborative space where you can be honest about your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin-we'll start where you are.
