Great to meet you!

Welcome to the space where you can show up as your unfiltered self, talk openly, and feel supported through whatever life is bringing your way.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent years bartending — and honestly, that’s where I first learned how to sit with people, hear their stories, and help them feel seen. That real-life experience, along with my work in medical social work, shaped the way I show up: human, down-to-earth, and deeply compassionate. Clients often describe me as open-minded, direct, and someone who brings humor and honesty into the room.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, stress, grief, life transitions, identity exploration, relationship and family challenges, chronic or physical health concerns, substance use, and end-of-life experiences. I’m especially passionate about supporting people who want to grow into the fullest, most authentic version of themselves.

My approach to therapy

There’s no one-size-fits-all here — we can shape this process around you. Together we’ll create a space that feels laid-back, empowering, and real. You can talk to me the same way you would with someone across from you over coffee: honest, unfiltered, and at your own pace.

My role is to meet you where you are, help you understand yourself more deeply, and gently challenge the patterns that are keeping you stuck — all while making sure you feel supported and respected.

What you can expect from me

Our first conversation is about getting to know each other and making sure this feels like a good fit. You don’t need to have the “right” words or a perfectly clear goal — just come as you are.

Clients often leave early sessions feeling relieved to have a space where they can be real, more hopeful about what’s possible, and with a clearer sense of direction. Over time, you can expect to feel more confident in yourself, better equipped to handle life’s stressors, and more connected to the version of you that you’re ready to embrace.
