Great to meet you!

I'm a psychologist helping clients to navigate transition and overcome destructive patterns. I have expertise in treating anxiety, ocd, adhd, trauma, depression, addiction, recovery, and relationship challenges. I've had a private practice for over 10 years and work with adult clients at all stages of life. I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology at California Institute of Integral Studies, with intensive training at the Portia Bell Hume Center, Kaiser, UCSF, VA and the Jung Institute.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is tailored to the unique needs of each client. I am compassionate and view the therapy as a collaborative relationship. I have specialized training to help my clients overcome anxiety, depression and heal past trauma.

What you can expect from me

The first session of therapy involves getting to know you as my client in a safe and confidential dynamic. We will explore your history, challenges and aims for our work in therapy. The first session is also an opportunity to ask me questions and set the foundation for our therapy process.
