Welcome! Practicing psychotherapist for 5 years now, licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in September of 2024. Completed internships in private practice non-profit organizations, completed a fellowship, and associateship at Kaiser Permanente. Currently facilitate group psychotherapy with the Young Adult population, as well as conduct structured CPT treatment for patients diagnosed with PTSD.

My approach to therapy

The most pivotal part of this Writer's style has to do with assessment of willingness for change and level of motivation. Treatment is heavily geared towards patients acknowledging and taking accountability for thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that have impacted daily living.
