Great to meet you!

As a bilingual therapist, I provide therapy in both English and Spanish, allowing clients to express themselves in the language that feels most comfortable. My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can openly share your experiences, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful change at your own pace.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, stress, relationship concerns, and adjustment to chronic health conditions or aging. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a difficult season of life, or simply looking to better understand yourself, I am here to support you with compassion and respect.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative and individualized because I believe there is no one-size-fits-all solution. I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Person-Centered Therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques. Together, we will identify practical strategies to help you manage difficult emotions, strengthen healthy coping skills, and move toward the life you want to create.

What you can expect from me

During your first session, my priority is getting to know you and understanding what has brought you to therapy. We will discuss your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and the goals you hope to achieve. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine whether you feel comfortable working with me. There is no pressure to share everything during the first session. Therapy is a collaborative process, and we will move at a pace that feels comfortable while working toward meaningful, lasting change.
