I'm a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner serving clients across Florida via telehealth, and I specialize in anxiety, depression, and ADHD. What I want you to know most is that I genuinely care — not just about your symptoms, but about you as a whole person. I've always been drawn to mental health because I understand what it feels like to struggle, and that empathy is at the core of everything I do. Outside of work, you'll find me with a camera in hand, rock climbing, or staying active — I bring that same energy and engagement into every session with my clients.

My approach is holistic, meaning I look at the full picture of your life — not just a diagnosis. I believe that feeling respected and truly listened to is the foundation of good care, so I create a space where you can be open and honest without judgment. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all treatment. I take the time to understand your unique experience so we can build a care plan that actually fits your life and helps you move forward in a meaningful way.

Many people come to me feeling lost, distressed, and like no one has really taken the time to explain what's going on with them — and I want to change that from day one. In our first session, you can expect me to listen more than I talk. I want to understand your story, what's been weighing on you, and what you're hoping to get out of care. My goal is for you to leave that first appointment feeling informed, seen, and like you finally have someone in your corner.
