Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 19 years of experience. I earned my master’s degree from Rutgers University and completed a post-master’s certificate in counseling at Kean University. I work with adults and college students experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, self-doubt, and life transitions. My style is warm, practical, and caring but honest. Services are available in English and Spanish.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should reflect your individual needs, experiences, culture, and strengths. I combine cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, and solution-focused approaches to help you understand unhelpful patterns, manage difficult emotions, and develop practical coping skills. We will work collaboratively toward realistic goals and meaningful changes that you can carry into your everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a partnership while we work together setting and achieving goals. They will receive kind but direct feedback that will help them to improve their coping skills and find solutions.
