As your counselor, I hope to promote self-awareness and self-confidence. You are my primary focus and therapy is addressing your needs. My emphasis is to help provide peace of mind and coping skills that will help lower stress, anxiety, depression, and other areas of discomfort.
I utilize a variety of tools and techniques to help my clients. I use person-centered to promote self-awareness and empowerment. I use CBT to help identify and change maladaptive thoughts.
I am passionate about helping others with any form of problem and/or trauma. In therapy, I will provide an environment of respect, compassion, support, and collaboration and a safe place to be heard and understood without judgment. We will work together to overcome your obstacles.
