Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual multicultural, compassionate, optimistic and humorous person. I try to bring that to the session in a respectful and ethical manner. People that know me love my soft unique accent!

My approach to therapy

As a mental health professional my approach is strength base, trauma informed (heal centered), culturally humble, collaborative and solution focused. I believe that folks have the problems and their solutions too...and that many times somewhere, something, someone has gotten in the way and resources need to be pulled in many directions in order to improve and reach client's objectives.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to have someone that will listen and validate their experience ...They can find a space where they can feel safe and brave to find their strengths. resources both internally and externally that could lead them to their goals and to the challenges that come with changing.
