Great to meet you!

After spending my adolescent years in Fort Worth, Texas I went on to obtain my undergraduate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and later my doctorate in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology. I have been serving clients for over 10 years and have worked with clients in a variety of settings such as partial hospitalization programs, intensive outpatient programs, community mental health centers as well as in university settings.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and culturally sensitive to both your immediate and long term needs. I have extensive experience working with a neurodiverse as well as sexual- and gender- diverse populations.

What you can expect from me

Since my style is integrative, I will work with you to determine the most appropriate approach for your goals. My initial assessment tends to be on the longer more thorough side because it helps create a solid foundation for the course of treatment. I generally believe that people have an innate desire to survive and my role in the room is to facilitate that process and help address any blocks that may hinder your ability to thrive.
