In addition to being a passionate and compassionate therapist, I went through extensive training at Semel Institute for Neuroscience & Human Behavior at UCLA where I received a hands-on experience as a research assistant at PEERS treatment program for teenagers and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

I am an interactive, solution-focused therapist and my eclectic therapeutic approach primarily consists of evidence- based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy. My goal is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.
