Great to meet you!

I believe healing is a personal journey, and no two paths look the same. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion, support, and practical guidance as you navigate life's challenges, reconnect with yourself, and create lasting, meaningful change. I work with adults through various seasons of change including midlife, pressures of the sandwich generation, dealing with trauma, and relationship/communication challenges, anxiety and depression. I believe these seasons, while often difficult, can also become opportunities for healing, growth, and discovering a renewed sense of purpose.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and holistic, focusing on the whole person- mind, body, and spirit. I integrate evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Person Centered Therapy, tailoring treatment to your unique experiences, values, and goals.

I believe emotional wellness is connected to all areas of life, including relationships, stress management, sleep, nutrition, and daily habits.

For clients who desire it, I welcome incorporating Christian faith and biblical principles into the counseling process.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and encouraged. Therapy with me combines compassion with practical tools- helping you heal from the past, build resilience, and move toward greater peace, confidence, and alignment with the life you desire.
