Great to meet you!

I work with adults ages 21 and older who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, past trauma, grief, or major life transitions. Many of my clients want practical tools along with compassionate support.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, warm, and grounded in real-world strategies you can use between sessions. I especially enjoy helping clients who are coping with long-standing stress, caregiving pressures, retirement adjustments, or unresolved painful experiences. For clients who wish, I am comfortable incorporating faith and spirituality into our work in a respectful, client-led way.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, you can expect a warm, supportive space where we discuss what brought you to therapy and what you hope will change. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your concerns, strengths, and goals so we can create a clear, practical plan together. Many clients leave feeling heard, more hopeful, and with concrete next steps. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and tailored to your pace.
