Great to meet you!

Anxiety, depression, or the weight of ongoing stress can start to feel like just part of daily life, until it's not sustainable anymore. I work with adults and seniors navigating those struggles, along with family and relationship tension, trauma, and substance use concerns. I speak both English and Spanish, so clients are welcome to work with me in either language. My clients often tell me they leave sessions feeling heard, respected, and more confident that things can change.

My approach to therapy

We move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and I follow your lead on what matters most to talk about each session. My focus tends to go deep on anxiety and the family or relationship stress that often comes with it, since those two are so closely connected. Together, we build a collaborative space where you can explore what's going on and walk away with real insight into what's driving it, not just surface level coping. I work best with clients who want an active, supportive partner in figuring things out, not someone who just listens and nods.

What you can expect from me

Your first session with me is simply a chance to talk through what's going on and get a feel for whether we're a good fit. There's no pressure to have it all figured out before we start. If any of this resonates with you, I'd love for you to reach out and see what working together could look like.
