I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist providing therapy virtually in Washington state and Texas. I earned my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Northwest University in 2022, and my Bachelor of Science from Washington State University. I have around 15 years of experience helping adults, teens and families in the teaching, church, and therapy sectors. My passion lies with helping clients believe that no matter their past, they are able to change their present and future.

I view the relationship between client and therapist as the vehicle for evidence based intervention. The counseling process can help to illuminate personal strengths and solutions to fit your unique story. I view problems as both present and past, meaning coping skills we learn early in life may be unknowingly affecting the way we behave in the present.

I walk the client through what therapy can treat and what it can't. I find setting realistic expectations sets up the relationship to achieve the change desired. I do this through creating a warm and hospitable environment, using compassionate and direct language, and evidence-based practice.
