Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist providing virtual therapy to clients in Washington State and Texas. I earned my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Northwest University in 2022 and my Bachelor of Science from Washington State University.

With nearly 15 years of experience supporting adults, teens, and families, I’ve worked across teaching, church, and clinical therapy settings. My passion is helping clients discover that no matter what their past looks like, they have the power to change their present and create a better future.

I’d be honored to walk alongside you—reach out today to schedule a consultation.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in a strong, trusting relationship between us — I believe this connection is the foundation for meaningful change. Together, we’ll use evidence-based strategies tailored to your unique story, helping you uncover personal strengths and practical solutions that truly fit your life.

I see challenges as shaped by both the present and the past. Coping patterns we developed early in life can quietly influence how we think, feel, and respond today. By gently exploring these patterns, we can build healthier ways of coping, break unhelpful cycles, and create lasting positive change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my main goal is to create a warm, safe, and welcoming space where you feel comfortable being yourself.

We’ll start by getting to know each other. I’ll listen carefully as you share what brings you to therapy and what you’re hoping to achieve. I’ll also walk you through what therapy can realistically help with — and what it can’t — so you have clear, honest expectations from the very beginning. I believe setting the right expectations leads to the best outcomes.

You can expect compassionate, direct communication and a collaborative approach grounded in evidence-based practices. By the end of the session, most clients leave feeling heard, understood, and more hopeful about the path ahead.
