Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Mark.

I work with adolescents, teens, young adults, and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, anger, and relationships.

If you feel overwhelmed by emotions, we can face these challenges together with a good plan and the right tools. I have a lot of experience working with neurodiversity, anxiety, and self-harm.

Therapy can expand and strengthen your network of support, especially during difficult times. Reach out today--I'd love to answer any questions and share more.

My approach to therapy

I blend CBT structures with compassion, humor, and creative problem-solving. Let's keep things down-to-earth and make the work feel like you have a partner. I want to make sure you feel seen and understood in session, and that you're getting good support in building helpful strategies.

What you can expect from me

A warm, accepting space and a collaborative approach to seeking the strength and skills to tackle what's most important to you.
