Specializes in

Anxiety, Depression, and Men's Issues

Great to meet you!

I have been working with men and women with issues of depression, anxiety and stress management, since 2006. I apply research-based strategies to bring about significant improvement. I am adept at working with the unique spectrum of issues which men face. I am seasoned in working with folks working in paid ministry contexts. Situational and life coaching is an area of focus. My family lived overseas for 12 years, so I am comfortable working with men and women across the ethnic spectrum.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I copartner with you to find emotional and spiritual wellbeing through sessions that are personal and practical. In each session we will

•name and dismantle the traumatic sub chapters of your life story

•identify your current and ongoing stressors

•clarify how these impact your overall functioning and key relationships

•formulate strategies to living life aligned with your deepest personal values

What you can expect from our first session

My approach is eclectic, tailoring a mixture of the listed methods to your situation. I encourage you to complete some out-of-session behavioral change to enhance your counseling outcomes. Each time we meet, I listen keenly to what's been (or hasn't been) working for you, determining the blocks to your success and curating solutions from various therapeutic techniques.
