Great to meet you!

I believe everyone has the ability to heal and grow, and my role is to create a safe, affirming space where that process feels possible. As a licensed clinical social worker with experience in college counseling, foster care, and LGBTQ+ youth services, I bring both professional expertise and lived perspective to my work. My approach centers on creativity, cultural humility, and trauma-informed care. I especially enjoy supporting LGBTQ+ students, first-generation college students, and individuals navigating family or identity-related challenges.

My approach to therapy

My style is collaborative, strengths-based, and holistic. I often draw on narrative therapy, trauma-focused techniques, and creative practices such as art, storytelling, and sound healing to help clients process their experiences in ways that feel authentic to them. I also integrate mindfulness and acceptance practices to support self-compassion, resilience, and balance. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you and build strategies that honor your story, values, and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive conversation where we explore what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what has or hasn’t worked in the past. I’ll take time to listen, ask thoughtful questions, and work with you to create a plan that feels manageable and tailored to your needs. You’ll leave with greater clarity, a sense of direction, and tools you can begin using right away.
