Great to meet you!
I’m a compassionate counselor who works with individuals and families navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Many of the people I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, feel safe, and reconnect with your inner strength.
I hold a Master of Divinity with a specialization in Psychology and Counseling from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. I completed my clinical training through the Masters and Johnson program at River Oaks Psychiatric Hospital in Harahan, Louisiana, where I gained extensive experience working with eating disorders, trauma, dissociation, personality disorders, and substance use concerns. I also supported adults with severe and persistent mental health conditions, as well as children and adolescents facing emotional and behavioral challenges.
Today, my work focuses on supporting women, teen girls, and families who are seeking help with anxiety, trauma recovery, relationship stress, and major life changes. Whether you are coping with the impact of past experiences or feeling stuck in the present, I aim to meet you with empathy, curiosity, and respect for your lived experience.
