Great to meet you!

Therapy doesnt have to be difficult or a negative experience. As a licensed clinical social worker, I take pride in helping clients define and meet their goals in a safe setting. I have a long history working with military veterans, police and first responders and a shorter history working with youth and their families.

My approach to therapy

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist clients with becoming "unstuck" and moving past unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. Understanding this process is vital in maintaining good control of your life. We all get stuck. Having others challenge our views or thoughts can be helpful, rewarding and an opportunity for growth.

What you can expect from me

We will work on identifying barriers to your success and learn new ways to overcome them.
