Great to meet you!

This journey gives him a unique lens to view and understand trauma, relationships and transformation to meet clients in their journey. Mark brings advanced knowledge about relationships and sexuality as an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist and certified couples therapist. Mark values the power of psychedelic medicine & is MAPS cert.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Mark strives to find the balance between structure and allowing for the organic present moment to unfold based on the client's inner wisdom. Mark supports clients to notice their body and nervous system to bridge mental, emotional & somatic information. Mark joins clients in their evolutionary journey by learning from their strengths and following their wisdom as much as he loves to share resources (i.e. videos, articles, books, podcasts, etc) to maximize growth during and after sessions.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients will leave with greater insights into their psyche and will practice navigating consciousness in their life and relationships. Clients will feel empowered by removing old beliefs of shame or lack that keep them from expressing their authentic self. Clients will leave with information and tools for continued exploration to support their current concerns and intentions.
