Great to meet you!

I have a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy. I assist clients to be empowered and learn different coping mechanisms as needed. I create a warm and safe environment for people to discuss their needs.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use various styles of therapy including: asking questions, giving examples of helpful communication skills, letting people come to helpful conclusions on their own. I use Gottman therapeutic tools for homework.

What you can expect from our first session

I help clients develop new ways of approaching their issues. If what we agree they will include doesn't work, we create other ways to move forward in thinking and actions.
