Great to meet you!

Can you remember the last time you didn’t feel stressed? You feel depressed and have unrelenting anxiety. You feel stuck and wish the world would slow down. And your body is in a knot - stomach aches, muscle tension, stiff neck, tight jaw. You might be struggling from a lifelong illness, like cancer, going through a life changing event like divorce or job loss, or grieving the loss of a loved one, or don't know why you feel the way you do. You just know you don't like it and feel better.

A bit about my approach to therapy

As a Body Psychotherapist, I believe our emotional burden is held in our bodies. Working with the body is essential for emotional health. I approach healing by addressing root causes of stress. I use a combination of proven approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy to help you move forward.

What you can expect from our first session

Together, we’ll create a personalized and holistic plan for our work together. You’ll find yourself sleeping better, breathing deeper, and smiling with greater ease.
