Great to meet you!

Since 2015, I have worked with a wide variety of clients from many different walks of life. I was trained at Antioch University in Los Angeles. Since then, I have worked with clients struggling with addiction, homelessness, anger problems, depression and anxiety, family issues, and trauma. I believe every person can find a better, happier life if they are willing to look inward and work for it.

My approach to therapy

I believe every person can find a better, happier life if they are willing to look inward and work for it. I believe that our thoughts can influence how we deal with ourselves and the world around us, leading to anxiety and depression, as well as other challenges. I believe that our life experiences lead to the distortions that affect our thoughts.

What you can expect from me

I treat every client with warmth and compassion, working to help them be kind to themselves, to understand where they challenges are coming from and to find paths and coping skills to address them
