Great to meet you!

Therapy can be fun, change and life circumstances can be hard, but progress is always possible.

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years experience working in a variety of settings with a very diverse client base. I'm a quietly confident Therapist that individualizes success based on the needs of each client I work with. I'm genuine, kind, empathic, and solution focused.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in utilizing a variety of evidenced based practices but also balance it with a dose of reality and honest feedback. Therapy and individuals don't always have to fit into a box or diagnosis. People are people and I build therapy focused on connection first and client focused and driven progression one step at a time.

What you can expect from me

I will provide a safe place to express where you're at and where you want to be in the future. We'll work together to have an honest conversation on what it will take and how we'll work together to reach the goals you want for sustained change and a better future.
