I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas. My work is directed by a desire to help people experience emotional growth with stronger forms of self-regulation. My goal is to help people establish the foundation(s) that will help them create and maintain greater coping skills. The creation of new skills is life-impacting. These new skills will help guide a person as he/she moves toward positive experiences while leaving the negative past behind.

My approach to therapy

I feel the relationship between a counselor and client is extremely important. My counseling style demonstrates compassion, affirmation, flexibility, and fairness.
