Great to meet you!

As a licensed mental health clinician, I utilize a combination of evidence-based interventions and genuine compassion, empathy, and belief in growth through the therapy process. My background is in cognitive behavioral therapy, with training in dialectical behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. I have experience working with teenagers and adults of all ages in addressing struggles related to anxiety, depression, addiction, grief & loss, life transitions, and trauma.

My approach to therapy

An evidenced based approach using established interventions to target need areas in order to support you living the life of your choosing. Utilizing empathy, radical acceptance, and developing a therapeutic relationship I hope to offer a safe space for you to explore whatever it is that may be impacting you on a day to day basis.

What you can expect from me

Sessions should feel as though we have accomplished something within the time we have together while also identifying goals to address while outside of the therapy arrangement.
