Great to meet you!

I have worked as a therapist since 2008. I received my bachelor’s degree from Southern Utah University in Psychology in 2000. I continued my education and received a master’s degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Chapman University in 2008. I have worked in a variety of settings including child welfare, grief counseling, private practice, school base therapy. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Utah.

My approach to therapy

I have a kind, gentle, non-judgmental approach. I do love to laugh. I feel it is essential that people feel at ease when they come to see me. I have worked with individuals struggling with many different challenges, but I seem to gravitate most to working with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, faith crisis, LGBTQ issues.

What you can expect from me

I want to empower my clients to gain insight and bring more balance to their life. I want to help them make positives changes that are lasting. I want them to live the life they deserve.
